Barefaced and Beautiful

When it comes to makeup, there is certainly a drawn line between diminishing and promoting self-worth. What I mean here is that while some women feel that wearing makeup promotes image and allows you to put your best “face” forward, others feel so self-conscious of their true beauty that they hide behind their makeup and use it as a kind of mask. To promote inner beauty The Renfrew Center, which focuses on eating disorder research and prevention, is asking women to go without makeup (or less than usual) for Monday the 27th. Makeup should be used as an enhancer of your already stunning looks, and remember that true beauty is in your spirit and personality.
