A Mental Makeover : Lets Stress the Facts Beauties

Everyone battles with stress. To conquer stress and increase mental health, please do the following:

  1. Moments of Serenity: Find at least three to four pleasant solutions a week to be involved in.
  2. Spiritual Health: Feeding your soul with faith infused words, and attending or surrounding yourself with people who are emerged in faith helps to keep you sustained through the week.
  3. H20: Water is the universal substance of life. Drink plenty of it and also use it to emerge your body into (i.e bubble baths). *Tip* Ad lavender oil.
  4. Massage: For those lucky people who are married (you have it easier), invest in teaching your mate how to give you a full body massage once a week.
