How to Choose a Healthy Cereal

Are the 'healthy' cereals really healthy or just misleadingly advertised?

–Make sure that you check the actual nutrition facts.   The front of the box may be slightly misleading or the aim of the cereal adds one good product to a sugary cereal.                                                    –Fake fiber exists.   It’s hard to actually choose one good in this area.                                                   –Buy 100% whole wheat, not made with whole wheat                                                                 –Other fake health claims and some cereal suggestions are listed on the website
